Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. But if something isn’t right, let us fix it.

At Rosevow, we pride ourselves on delivering premium quality artificial jewelry. We hand-check every piece before packing to ensure it leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes things happen during transit. Please read our policy below to understand how we handle returns and refunds.

1. MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO POLICY (CRITICAL)

To ensure fairness for both parties, we require an Unboxing Video for all claims regarding damage or missing items.

What is it? A continuous video clip starting from opening the outer courier packet to showing the product condition. Why? This serves as proof that the item was damaged during transit and not while opening or using. No Video, No Return: Without a clear unboxing video, we cannot process claims for damage or missing items.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • Packaging: In its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Proof: The receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

  • Defects: The product arrived broken, damaged, or you received a different design/color than what you ordered.


3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items unless verified as damaged upon arrival:

  • Earrings

  • Nose Pins

  • Hair Accessories (Scrunchies, Clips, Bands)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Items bought on “Final Sale” or “Clearance”


4. TIMEFRAME

  • Reporting Damage: You must report damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this period has passed.


5. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

If you meet the criteria above, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Contact Us Email us at rosevow4u@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91-6239493835 within 48 hours of delivery.

Step 2: Submit Proof Attach your Order ID, clear photos of the defect, and your Mandatory Unboxing Video.

Step 3: Approval & Shipping Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours. If approved, we will guide you on how to ship the product back to us.


6. REFUNDS

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition:

  • Prepaid Orders: We will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

  • COD Orders: We will transfer the amount via UPI or Bank Transfer (you will be asked to provide details).

  • Timeline: Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account after the return is approved.


7. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Once the order is shipped (usually within 24 hours), it cannot be cancelled.
