Rosevow is an Indian e-commerce brand specialising in premium artificial jewellery. We operate in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian laws.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on Rosevow. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However:

• Actual product colours may vary slightly from what appears on screen due to monitor settings and photography lighting.
• Product dimensions and weights are approximate.
• All jewellery is artificial/fashion jewellery and is not made of precious metals or gemstones unless explicitly stated.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the final price.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment methods as available at checkout.
• For COD orders, payment is due at the time of delivery.

5. Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm the order via WhatsApp or email. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or an error in pricing — and will issue a full refund in such cases.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Rosevow and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rosevow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
